When and where does Uncover Your Calling meet?

How will I know if Uncover Your Calling is a good fit for me?
1) You know you want to make a major change from what you have done before, or
2) You feel like you are floundering because you don’t have any focus in your job search, or
3) You have a hard time answering when someone asks “What’s your ideal job?” or
4) You like doing so many things you don’t know which to choose.

5) You have the time, motivation, and stamina to deeply contemplate your life history, your current abilities, and your desired future.
How much work will I have to do?
Two hours of homework each week. You’ll get more out of the workshop by investing more time, but you can learn a great deal with just two hours of focused effort on each week’s assignment. If you don’t have a half an hour to attend each session, and two hours to work on each assignment, then defer taking Uncover Your Calling until you can carve out that time as a priority.
Besides the time commitment, are there any other requirements?
Yes. You also need the ability to commit to and take action steps each week.

Who leads Uncover Your Calling?
Marcia Davis-Cannon is a career transition coach with a passion for helping people work through barriers to get in touch with their purpose and find work that is meaningful. She designed “Uncover Your Calling” in response to a multitude of people who didn’t like their last or current job, but didn’t know what else to do. Marcia has led more than fifty Uncover Your Calling groups since the pilot group in 2009.
What is her background?
Marcia had a 20-year corporate career in operations, finance and product management before following a new calling. She has an MBA from Wharton and a coaching certificate from Western Seminary. She is Director of Large Group Meetings for Career Action Ministry, Series Manager of the Palo Alto Contra Dance, Safety Officer of BACDS, and an officer of her Toastmasters International club. Marcia can work with you as a private coach to help you land a job quickly. The process of Uncovering Your Calling takes time. We have a lot of layers to peel back. Many people find the process so powerful they’d like to linger in it even longer.
How much does Uncover Your Calling cost?
This material is available through private coaching at 125 dollars per hour or through a 625 dollar package, which includes ten 30-minute coaching sessions plus unlimited email support over a 16-week period. Two people can split a semi-private package for $750. If travel is an issue, the material is available through video chat.
What are my payment options?
You may pay by Zelle (preferred), Venmo, credit card, Paypal, cash, or online bill payment. If you pay via Paypal or credit card, please add 18 dollars to cover transaction fees.
